The Restaurant

Cask & Kitchen is a neighborhood Bourbon Bar & Grill located on historic Elm Street in Downtown Dallas. We serve Southern-inspired comfort food, like our Shrimp & Blue Corn Grits, Chicken Fried Ribeye, and Blackened Catfish with Cajun crawfish sauce, polenta, and fried okra; honest and made from scratch with fresh, flavorful ingredients from local purveyors.

As for Bourbons and American Whiskeys, Cask & Kitchen’s 200 bottles pay homage to Southern distillers and the history of their craft.  Pioneering Kentucky distilleries such as Buffalo Trace, Jim Beam and Stitzel-Weller share the shelves with small batch distilleries such as MB Roland, George Dickel and Prichard’s.  Global whiskies have place of respect, too.  We salute the makers, their signature styles and varied production methods in our Whiskey Bible, with back stories and tasting notes for every spirit in our collection.
