Cask & Kitchen is a neighborhood Bourbon Bar & Grill located on historic Elm St in Downtown Dallas. We serve Southern-inspired comfort food, like our Burrata with fried green tomatoes, Texas Caviar Succotash with black-eyed peas and aioli, and Beer Can Chicken with sweet potato and Anaheim chili salsa; honest and made from scratch with fresh, flavorful ingredients from local purveyors including Texas-raised Wagyu beef from Rosewood Farms and breads and pastries from Empire Baking Company.
As for Bourbons and American Whiskeys, Cask & Kitchen’s 200 bottles pay homage to Southern distillers and the history of their craft. Pioneering Kentucky distilleries such as Buffalo Trace, Jim Beam and Stitzel-Weller share the shelves with small batch distilleries such as MB Roland, George Dickel and Prichard’s. Global whiskies have place of respect, too. We salute the makers, their signature styles and varied production methods in our Whiskey Bible, with back stories and tasting notes for every spirit in our collection.
