DFW Restaurant Week

Elm Street Cask & Kitchen is thrilled to participate in DFW Restaurant Week! 

DFW Restaurant Week is the single largest culinary event in DFW, providing diners with the opportunity to enjoy special menus at some of the area’s finest restaurants while raising money for local charities. This dinner menu will run August 2 through September 1.

RESTAURANT WEEK MENU

Starter

KALE & SPINACH SALAD

citrus vinaigrette, candied pecan, mandarin oranges, avocado

CRAB STACK

avocado, cucumber, mango, herb salad, roasted tomato aioli, won ton

Entree 

PORK BELLY

pork fat braised cabbage, bacon, apple cider glaze

OR

BOURBON BRAISED SHORT RIB

guiness bourbon glaze, asparagus, brown butter mash

Dessert

CHERRY COBBLER

vanilla crumble, pistachio
